Hartman Oil Co. is an independent oil and natural gas Company engaged in the development, acquisition and operation of oil and gas properties in the Mid-Continent region. Hartman Oil is headquartered in Wichita Kansas and has field offices in Garden City, Ness City, Great Bend, and Pratt Kansas. The Company operates in excess of 600 wells in Kansas and Oklahoma, with the majority of them being 100% owned by the Company. Hartman Oil was founded in 1920 by W.L. Hartman the grandfather of Willis E. "Wink" Hartman the current sole stockholder of the company. Under Wink's leadership the company has increased yearly production over 300% through acquisition and drilling, which has increased proved reserves many fold. Hartman Oil continues to be a pacesetter in the oil and gas industry. H2 Plains, LLC is one such example of that vision. Hartman Oil acquired this well servicing company in 2005, who at the time was operating 9 service rigs. Currently, it operates 20 service rigs in central and western Kansas, southern Nebraska, northern Oklahoma, and eastern Colorado. In 2006, Hartman Oil recognized the need to add value and opportunity to the company by including a drilling operation within the organization. From that decision, H2 Drilling, LLC was born. H2 Drilling, LLC currently operates 3 drilling rigs primarily in central and western Kansas. In 2007, Hartman Oil determined it was essential to the growth of the company to develop a trucking division, and so created H2 Trucking, LLC. H2 Trucking currently has a large service fleet, including gin trucks and flatbed trucks/trailers, as well as several bulldozers. They are capable of moving double or triple drilling rigs, building site locations and hauling all related equipment anywhere in the Mid-Continent region.
