ECO-UM is established for the express purpose of helping the businesses of Southeast Michigan develop and reach their sustainability goals, as well as providing members with the opportunity to apply sustainability techniques in a business environment.\n\nECO-UM has two visions. One is to provide a group of students with experience with sustainable business practices, building both internal and external connections. The second vision is to cultivate a network of businesses in Southeast Michigan that are working to reduce their impact on the environment.\n\nECO-UM’s mission is to demonstrate that businesses in any field are able to adopt sustainable practices.
