Our impressive production facility includes an ISO Class 8 cleanroom for production molding and a white room technology center for mold qualifications. Our certified Master Molder II’s follow stringent Scientific Molding guidelines to ensure the most robust process window possible. Pres-Tek also offers an in-house metrology lab for in-process inspections, FAIR, Capability analysis, DOE studies and Gage R&R. Our modern medical molding operation utilizes all electric molding machines from 110 tons to 300 tons.
