ONTRACK provides consulting services and training designed to strengthen programs for underserved communities by collaborating with diverse groups, leveraging knowledge, and advocating for policy change to improve social justice outcomes.
ONTRACK was established in 1997 as a private nonprofit agency, providing high-quality consulting and training by leading health and human service experts. Thanks to funding through state and fereral contracts, many services are available at no charge to applicant organizations.
Our principal clients and partners have included: California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs, California Department of Public Health, Center for Applied Research Solutions, California Institute for Mental Health/Center for Multicultural Development, National Asian Pacific American Families Againist Substance Abuse, U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and the Nonprofit Resource Center.
