At InterActive, we believe that physical activity is a crucial part of every child’s development. Participating in an exercise program promotes overall fitness and good health. Kids who exercise regularly build strength, coordination, and confidence so they can enjoy all other types of sports. Active children increase their chances of becoming healthy adults, for a lifetime. The U.S. Government and other professional organizations recommend that children and adolescents get 30 minutes of physical activity on most, if not all, days of the week. We’re best known for our exceptional gymnastics programs, but we also offer pilates, dance, tae kwon do, cheerleading, soccer and more. We welcome beginners and experienced gymnasts in our world-class gymnasium.
