Since 2000, InsideTrack® has focused on increasing the success of college students and the prosperity of higher education institutions. InsideTrack provides Success Coaching, which was inspired by the executive/personal-coaching movement. Success Coaching was initially developed with students at Stanford University and the University of California, Berkeley. Based on successful results from these studies, several colleges and universities funded and participated in pilot programs providing Success Coaching to first-year students. Since then, InsideTrack has coached thousands of students at a range of degree-granting post-secondary institutions. In 13 controlled studies, the first-year attrition of coached students decreased by more than 25%. In addition, coached students performed at higher levels in the classroom and were more engaged in their college experience. Our partner schools experience a boost in student satisfaction and graduation rates while gaining substantial increases in tuition revenue-improving their prestige and competitive position in the process.
