Root Change is a DC-based non-profit founded to test alternative approaches to development that put more power in the hands of local actors. Since 2009, we've been working with INGOs, community-based organizations, donor agencies, movements, and more as a design, implementing, and learning partner. We specialize in innovative approaches to systems strengthening, adaptive management, and local capacity development.
