Carrington Coleman is a top tier law firm on the small end of the large firm scale. We offer a sophisticated practice without the bureaucratic hassles and other disadvantages of the much larger firms. We seek attorneys who have the motivation to work hard and produce excellent results for their clients, not to meet or beat a billable hours quota. (We don't have one.) While the Firm continues to be ranked among the first in academic credentials among the tier of largest Dallas firms, we try not to take ourselves too seriously. We enjoy playing as well as working together and field spirited and occasionally talented teams in the Dallas Bar Association sports leagues. Friday afternoon gatherings at a nearby club, a > -year-old tradition, are well attended by partners and associates alike, perhaps in part because the firm picks up the bill, and are a good place to catch up on the week's news.
