This continuum of care will give individuals a large sampling of housing options in regards to location, affordability, unit mix and accessibility. Bridges provides licensed services such as Corporate Foster Care, SLS, ILS, SES, 24 Hour Emergency Assistance among others. These services will allow for individuals and their teams to choose a service plan that fits the specific needs and wants in the community of their choosing on an a la carte basis. Bridges has a strong interest and track record in serving individuals transitioning from institutional or unsuccessful placements.
