Fortunately, he linked up with Patrick Ambron & Evan McGowan-Watson who did have a background in search engine optimization (SEO) and were able to clean up his reputation, but they couldn't stop thinking about the millions of other people who needed the tools to build a positive online presence. So, they decided to put the power of SEO and online reputation in everybody's hands, regardless of how tech savvy or wealthy they might be.
