Asian Box was founded to create an authentic, more healthful yet explosively flavorful Asian restaurant focusing on quickly prepared and cooked to order fresh Vietnamese food reminiscent of street stalls in Asia. We fundamentally believe that conducting our business ethically benefits us all—our business, customers, suppliers and community. We share in our customers’ concerns about the origins of our food and are proud to be part of the growing movement of restaurants that are promoting transparency in the modern food supply chain. Following in the tradition of Asian street stalls, which were in a way the first sustainable restaurants, we make every effort to support local producers and sustainable agriculture—even when that means paying a market price premium for certain ingredients.
