AHT Cooling Systems USA was established in 2005 as the North American sales and distribution subsidiary of AHT Cooling Systems GmbH, headquartered in Austria. AHT is a market leader in the production of plug-in commercial cooler and freezer systems, delivering an innovative product range to supermarket and food retail operators, convenience store chains and consumer packaged goods producers worldwide. AHT Cooling Systems USA expanded its operations in 2017 with the opening of a new manufacturing facility in Ladson, South Carolina to capitalize on the evolving grocery and convenience food retail market. This expansion added production, assembly and audit testing capacity to support our growing Sales and Service business. The Ladson facility became the 4th operating facility of the AHT Group worldwide. Our product portfolio is designed to reduce maintenance and energy costs while ensuring the quality and safety of the goods merchandised in our equipment. AHT continues to focus on environmentally friendly and energy-saving initiatives to reduce Global Warming Impact (GWP), as demonstrated by the introduction of 100% CFC-free and HCFC-free refrigeration products using R290 refrigerant.
