Our Mission is to support people by providing services that promote choice, personal satisfaction and the realization of their hopes and dreams. PFQ provides administrative oversight to four distinctive entities: Allegheny Children's Initiative helps children struggling with a wide range of behavioral health challenges like depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorders and learning disorders. ACI also helps children whose lives have been impacted by trauma, abuse or neglect. Allegheny Children's Initiative is accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA). The Agency operates 70 community homes and 4 adult training facilities located in the southwestern suburbs of Pittsburgh. Exceptional Adventures provides supervised recreation and travel opportunities for teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
