Founded in 2004, Callbox is the largest provider of outsourced B2B marketing and sales support services for businesses and organizations worldwide. Callbox started life as a Los Angeles, CA-based startup in 2004. That year, the company set up shop in the sleepy little town of Iloilo, Philippines with fewer than 20 employees doing inbound contact center work. In 2005, we branched out into outbound call center services, and things pretty much picked up from then on. We pioneered many of the tactics that would become standard practice in multi-channel strategies. This allowed us to rapidly expand our operations and grow our customer base, and the company soon established offices in Singapore, Malaysia, and the United Kingdom. Today, Callbox is home to more than 700 employees and has carried out over 10,000 campaigns. To increase sales productivity, Callbox provides support to its clients by giving their sales teams access to a full stack of sales and marketing tools that drive up lead conversion.
