We serve nearly 8,000 girls each year in 61 counties in West Virginia, Ohio, Virginia and Maryland. The council office is the Girl Scout and Volunteer Resource Center located in Charleston, WV.
Our mission is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.
