The 100-strong team runs projects in the UK and worldwide for a broad range of clients, specialising in customer research, customer experience and insight consultancy. Founded by Alison Bainbridge in 1994 as ABA Research, it was incorporated in 2002. Kokoro is where emotions become opportunities.
