We have been installing telephone systems for 25 years and through this experience we have developed a 4-phase process to ensure your employees and customers are not adversely impacted during the implementation. Our process starts with a network analysis, system design and system planner. We program your system and telephones, then schedule the installation. Once the system is installed we start your training. After you go live we spend that first day of business with your staff to make sure your running smooth and make any changes you would like.
