Precis Engineering, Inc. was founded in 2005 by partners Larry Gadbois, PE, and Robert Dick, PE. The two were committed to providing strategically sensitive and technically complex engineering services with an emphasis on project leadership. They were joined by partner Vincent O'Brien, PE, in 2007, and by Sam Colucci, PE, CEM, LEED AP BD+C, in 2012. All four are industry leaders in clean, compliant facility design and facility/campus utility infrastructure planning.
