Orluff Opheikens is founder and president of R&O Construction which was established in 1980. Today R&O has nearly 200 employees and currently operates throughout the Western United States, building wherever the clients take us. With corporate headquarters in Ogden, Utah, R&O also maintains regional offices in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Denver, Colorado.
