Our mission is to help homeless adults achieve self-sufficiency and become more productive members of our community. Our vision is to end homelessness in our community, one person at a time. We provide a full complement of services to the most vulnerable homeless people in our community, and are focused on finding the most appropriate permanent housing solution for each individual. Our programs follow the framework of three evidence-based practices: housing first, harm reduction, and recovery model.
