Located in Yellow Springs, Ohio - Miami Valley Educational Computer Association is a consortium of 31 school districts and service centers from Clark, Clinton, Greene, Highland, Fayette, Madison, Montgomery, and Ross Counties in Ohio. We also serve numerous governmental agencies and organizations. MVECA is one of 18 Information Technology Centers licensed by the Ohio Department of Education. Founded in 1980 and reorganized as Regional Council of Governments in 2006, we are a non-profit organization owned by the school districts we serve.
