We were created in 2007 and we own and manage over 4,000 properties in Blaenau Gwent, Monmouthshire, Torfaen, Newport and Powys. \n\nWe are an innovative, community-based housing association, and a major provider of affordable homes in south east Wales.\n\nWe are more than just property and our residents are at the centre of all that we do.
