Saunders & Associates was launched in 2008 in the midst of the global financial crisis. Led by Andrew Saunders, the firm has risen to become the most effective and largest locally owned brokerage firm in the Hamptons, exclusively representing $2 billion worth of Hamptons real estate. The firm also opened an elegant 5,200 sq. ft. East Hampton office, hired its 175th agent and was involved in 40% of all transactions from Southampton to Montauk.
