Our business is to provide low-cost corporate banking products in multi-currency cash management, segregated client accounts as well as International and UK domestic payments. We simplify overseas payments and foreign exchange activities for clients as a complement to their existing banking arrangements. Segments covered will be Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Payment Service Providers (PSPs). We received authorisation by the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) (FRN 716167) in 2016 and entered mobilisation ahead of our launch as a UK bank in 2017.
