The Center for Law, Energy & the Environment (CLEE) at Berkeley Law develops policy solutions to the most pressing environmental and energy issues at the state, local, and national levels. We play a direct role in advancing environmental policy and regularly convene government leaders, academics, legal practitioners, businesses, and non-profits. Our primary program areas are climate & energy, water, oceans, and land use. CLEE was established in 2006 to oversee and expand Berkeley Law’s nationally renowned Environmental Law Program.
