Privately-held Zapways, Inc. was founded in 1999 by technology executives and a team of experienced software developers to create state-of-the-art document management solutions. In 2004, Zapways developed a cloud-based airline management software solution for an airline that would leapfrog existing legacy systems.
After receiving inquiries from several other airlines, Zapways refined the system for easy configuration and deployment for low-cost and regional carriers – either as an add-on solution for management command and control, or as a stand-alone system. Today’s SMART™ solution is the culmination of nearly a decade of customer-driven software evolution and refinement, and provides the most feature-rich, intuitive, accessible and affordable system on the market today.
