On February 28, 2008, the Company sold its Enterprise banking branch located in Liberty, Missouri to an unaffiliated bank. On July 31, 2008, the Company sold its subsidiary, Great American Bank and its remaining DeSoto branch to an unaffiliated bank holding company.
