HRP Associates, Inc. was founded in 1982 by John J. Housman, Jr., CPG, Joseph M. Rinaldi, and Mark C. Possidento, P.E. Over the last 21 years, HRP has grown to include five offices with a staff of 100 doing over $10 million per year of consulting work. With the retirement of John, Joe, and Mark in 2002, the firm's operations have been directed by Walter J. Gancarz, P.E. (CEO) and Robert H. Leach, LEP (COO/President).
