2. Vendors love to work with us because we make sure they are paid quickly. If accounting is outsourced then often times your vendors are only paid once a month and that means when you need service they are not there for you.
3. We have access to a team of maintenance people who can address any emergencies.
4. The owner is hands on and has been in the home building and remodeling business for more than 30 years so he knows how to address most problems.
