Somerset West Community Health Centre (SWCHC) is a interprofessional agency offering a diverse spectrum of programming, in order to promote optimal health and social well-being among community members. Priority is given to individuals with unique needs, including single parent families, those who are financially insecure, new Canadians, and persons coping with various disabilities.
