Sofos Realty Corporation was established in March 1989. Since then it has grown to become one of the State of Hawaii's top commercial brokerage and property management firms with over 3.5 million square feet of managed properties in our portfolio. In addition, we manage and lease properties for Japan-based owners, mainland owners and several large institutional owners, as well as represent several national tenants in their real estate needs. Sofos Realty Corporation has co-broker agreements with Cushman & Wakefield, Jones Lang LaSalle, OnCor International, NAI, Staubach Real Estate Services, etc. Since we are an independent firm, our services are often sought by other brokers who request us to represent their national clients on the leasing or sale of commercial real estate in Hawaii. Sofos Realty currently has seven (7) property managers and 24 employees on staff. We manage commercial properties throughout the State of Hawaii and have offices on Oahu and Big Island of Hawaii (Kailua-Kona). Sofos Realty Corporation presently manages 54 properties throughout the State of Hawaii representing over 2,500,000 square feet. Some of these properties include Koko Marina Shopping Center, Hawaii Business Park, Waipahu Industrial Center, Westgate Shopping Center, McCully Shopping Center, Iolani Regent Apartments, One Kapiolani Office Building, Dillingham Trade Center, Kokea Center, Alahao Industrial Center, Mililani Marketplace and Enchanted Lake Shopping Center to name a few of the properties that we manage and lease.Sofos Realty Corporation Address
