With our life-saving programs, we have helped thousands of men, women and children find safety and hope among within the walls of the YWCA Northcentral PA. For over 40 years, Wise Options has provided a safe location for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and other violent crimes. We provide free, confidential services such as emergency shelter, counseling and legal advocacy. Our 24/7 crisis hotline is 1-800-326-8483 for anyone who is in need of assistance with the above. Liberty House is a program for women and women with children experiencing homelessness. Every client is paired with a caring case manager who works with them to set and achieve both personal and professional goals.
