We Arega, are a full-service Belgian pharmaceutical company, active in the sales and distribution of medicines, self-care products and medical devices. With a wide assortment of healthcare products, represented in all segments: hospital, retail, generic, prescription, OTC and medical devices. Arega Pharma arose from a passion for health care and with the conviction to be able to continue to make a difference together with the various partners within the landscape of Belgian healthcare and for patients in Belgium and Luxembourg. We, Arega have the ambition to bring a balance to the market with our wide range that is represented in all healthcare segments. Arega is also the exclusive distributor for Teva Pharmaceuticals Generics and OTC products in Belgium and Luxembourg; Top 3 player on the Belgian generic market and top 10 pharmaceutical company in value and volume. Arega is continuously broadening its portfolio and expanding its activities with new ranges of products. In addition to commercially attractive segments, we, Arega also focus on niche products that can bring a high added value to the patients. For example, we have already initiated collaborations to develop repurposed drugs. These are existing medicines that can be used in other therapeutic areas and are available at an affordable price. Arega, however, does not want to confine itself to the role of distributor of medicines, but also wants to bring a fresh breath of air by engaging in dialog with all the parties involved, from person to person and thereby making social impact.
