Over 1.3 billion women have experienced domestic abuse in their lifetime. FinAbility was created to help end this shadow pandemic. We are a non-profit directly addressing the most common reason survivors remain trapped in abusive relationships - financial dependency on abusers. Working with survivors and advocates, we are developing a trauma-informed application that helps domestic abuse survivors learn about and access the financial products needed to become financially independent. FinAbility was incorporated as a non-profit in the US in October of 2020 and is fiscally sponsored by the 501(c)(3) registered organization City Embrace Counselling and Resource Center.FinAbility Address
