We empower employees to make informed decisions to protect themselves and their loved ones by bringing in the human element in an industry solely focused on technology. We partner with brokers and employers to offer enrollment education (onsite, telephonic and online enrollments), benefits administration, customized HR communication and additional services (WOTC processing, ACA compliance and more). Our key players spent the last 20+ years in the employee engagement, retention and risk management arena. They transitioned to the employee benefits enrollment world in 2014 as a natural segue to enhance the employee experience. We provide our employees with a variety of free snacks and drinks, sponsor lunch twice a week, and give our employees a chance to relax and have fun together during Thursday's Lunch & Play.
