WTA operates more than 10,000 Specialized Transportation trips per month, with our fleet of 40 wheelchair-lift equipped vehicles. We provide service seven days a week in the same areas served by our Fixed Route buses. In areas that don't receive Fixed Route bus service, Specialized Transportation operates up to two days a week. During evenings and on Sundays, Specialized Transportation is available within 0.75 miles of the Evening and Sunday transit routes, which are more limited than the daytime routes that operate during the rest of the week. To check where and when the Evening and Sunday routes operate, see Routes 15, 16, 24, 105, 232, and 331. We work to provide you safe, convenient, and reliable transportation service. If you need more information about Specialized Transportation, please give us a call at (360) 733-1144, or (360) 676-6844 Teletype Users ( TTY).
