The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) is committed to improving the quality of life for Ohioans with developmental disabilities and their families. DODD oversees a statewide system of supports and services for people with developmental disabilities and their families. DODD does this by developing services that ensure an individual’s health and safety, encouraging participation in the community, increasing opportunities for meaningful employment, and providing residential services and support from early childhood through adulthood.
