For over 20 years, Albert Uster Imports has woven its niche in the pastry industry, becoming a reliable source for pastry chefs looking for top quality goods and services. Over the last several years, we've listened to the desires of these professionals and expanded our product line. In 2003, we debuted IcEscape, a frozen product group of over fifty of the finest quality breakfast pastries and desserts. Now, in 2004, we've expanded even further with Savoir Fare, a new line of 130 savory items. Savoir Fare is our exclusive selection of hard to find specialty items, including foie gras, balsamic vinegar and white truffles. To accomplish this task, we brought together a team, fronted by Bernard Marquigny, with decades of knowledge and experience within the savory marketplace. The products are rich in the traditions of the old world, which is why we've chosen an emblem shrouded in deep royal burgundy reminiscent of the age of Queens and Kings. Our launch of Savoir Fare this year is focused east of the Mississippi, but plans are in the works to expand coast to coast, along within an even more comprehensive product line. With this new selection we are now a one-stop gourmet shop for chefs and pastry chefs alike. We welcome you to savor these new products and judge for yourself.
