WCU is active in the states of Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin, Iowa, Texas, and Colorado, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia. The WCU offers a broad portfolio of life insurance and annuity products. Vision: Western Catholic Union will be a highly-respected fraternal benefit society by its members and others in the insurance industry.
