Wild Rose Foods is a company of farmers, culinary experts, nutritionists and natural foods veterans inspired to nurture health through food. Founded by Chuck Eggert and his family, the aim is to build brands that increase the accessibility of local, seasonal foods that capture the flavor of ingredients at peak nutrition.
Initial Wild Rose Foods products are fresh from the farm: Lulubelle’s Creamery organic milk, Gwendolyn’s Organic Eggs, and Aurora Valley Organic Poultry. Other brands under the Wild Rose Foods name are Willamette Valley Cheese, Silver Sage Farms (producer of animal feeds, including alfalfa and oven-baked dog food), and a handful of small producers located in the heart of Oregon’s Willamette Valley (including Redhills Fruit, Goldenbrew Tea, and others).
We even manage our own markets, under the Basicsâ„¢ name, to nurture stronger, healthier communities through food. Basics is a market that is reinventing grocery to make it easier to eat great food while supporting regional agriculture and healthy economies. Our Stores emphasize fresh ingredients, pair them with healthy recipes and provide advice and classes to inspire home cooking. We call it: Nourishment from the Ground Upâ„¢.
