Through strong personal relationships, quality work and excellent service we will increase the success of our customers, their clients and our Team Members. Providence Title Company began in May 2008, with the five Dan Foster Fee Attorney offices formerly under the LandAmerica Commonwealth brand. With LandAmerica agreeing to become the underwriting partner, the new venture transitioned quickly into a new independent company.
