Sixth Dimension is a young company established to provide program, project and construction management services for the 21st century. Rooted in the tradition of defining quality of services through client satisfaction and employee welfare, Sixth Dimension's vision is be the manager of choice for public sector clients, providing creative solutions for their capital outlay program needs. The company is off to a remarkable start. It is currently managing, in joint venture, the renovation of the $40 Million 24 story Board of Equalization building in Sacramento, the $80 M Access Barrier Removal program for the Bay Area, Sacramento and Los Angeles regions for the California State DGS, the $40 M Juvenile hall and the $90 M Jail additions projects for Monterey County. It is also providing management consultant support to the CM team for the $780M Highland Hospital project, Alameda County. Sixth Dimension is also part of the team that is assisting the CA State DGS with the implementation of Primavera, as part of its Fi$Cal program, besides having successfully completed other minor assignments. Sixth Dimension was established by Mani Subramanian, FCMAA, AIA, DBIA, CCM, Mani is an industry veteran of 35+ years. He is a Fellow of CMAA and served as the Chairman of the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI). Prior to starting Sixth Dimension, he served as the Executive Vice president of a "top 30" construction management company. He was responsible for overall project operations and instrumental in managing large programs to success. He also developed the policies, procedures, training and professional development for the company and provided leadership to its technical support group. So, what is "Sixth Dimension"?
