CyberDoc provides outstanding on-site and remote support, covering all hardware, software, networking, and security issues. Our team consists of Microsoft, Dell, and Cisco certified experts and we support Macs and Linux as well. Support is billed by the hour as needed, and we have a one hour minimum for onsite work. Phone and remote support is billed in quarter hour increments, but small minor issues or questions resolved over the phone are often not billed. After hours (post-6pm) and weekend support is available with advanced notice, but is billed at time and a half. Remote and phone support does not have a surcharge, and a majority of our support can be provided remotely to allow for faster service. We strive to provide an initial response, especially to emergencies, within 4 hours. CyberDoc was founded in 1995 in San Diego, and continues to support hundreds of local small businesses.
