Under the direction of CEO Nad Elias, recruitAbility began in Austin, Texas with the idea that recruiters should be a valued partner in the process of finding and retaining talent for the companies they serve. Our model shares accountability throughout the recruitment process and focuses on retaining the employees we place. At recruitAbility, we achieve this accountability by through a unique scorecard approach and payment structure through transparency with the following parties.
