About
The Partnership for Supply Chain Management (PFSCM) is a nonprofit organization established in 2005 by two of the leading international health consultancy organizations in the U.S.JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. (JSI) and Management Sciences for Health (MSH), both also nonprofits. Today, JSI is PFSCM's parent company. PFSCM's mission is to strengthen, develop, and manage secure, reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable global supply chains to improve the lives of people in low- and middle-income countries. PFSCM brings multi-sectoral non-profit and commercial expertise to strengthen national supply chains and to ensure reliable availability of essential products to programs in developing countries. Since 2005, PFSCM has operated the largest public health supply chains in the world. PFSCM manages major projects that strive to reduce the worldwide impact of HIV/AIDS, malaria, and tuberculosis, including The Global Fund's Pooled Procurement Mechanism (PPM). PFSCM also implements a number of smaller procurement contracts for donors, local governments and global development agencies. Our groundbreaking work has created new approaches for supplying commodities to developing countries, helped transform national and regional warehousing and distribution systems and fostered new partnerships to ensure long-term sustainability. We have procured and delivered more than $5.55 billion worth of life-saving commodities delivered since 2005.
