About
Creating leading edge analytical probe stations and accessories for semiconductor probing professionals has been The Micromanipulator Company's primary focus since 1956. We provide solutions for almost every test requirement; choose from a classic manual probe station or one with a motorized stage. If your wafer inspection challenges include RF/Microwave, look to our RF adaptation of the 4000 Tech Series probers. For low noise or sub micron probing, step up to the model 8860 semi-automatic probe station with pcProbe II navigation control software or the fully automatic version that includes robotic wafer handling. If you're probing 300mm wafers, The Micromanipulator Company's 9000 series test stations are available in manual or semi-automatic versions. Specialty products include stations for microwave probing, flat panel display, electromigration and our newest low cost model, the S8 desktop prober. Accessories include hot chucks and thermal chucks with a temperature range from -65 to 400 deg C, microscopes, vibration isolation tables, light tight enclosures, lasers, manipulators, probe holders, and probe tips (or needles). We work closely with key semiconductor equipment manufacturers to provide product interfaces and turn-key solutions to your probing challenges. The Micromanipulator Company is your one stop location for all your probing needs.
