Executive Chef - a Hyde Park, CIA-trained chef is available for consultation, menu development, product demonstrations, culinary applications or any of your needs. Technology Managers - technology managers to install and train customers on our customized order/entry program and related technologies. Corporate Dieticians - registered and licensed dieticians on staff for healthcare and nutrition support. Experienced Buyers - a very experienced purchasing department ensures that we buy our products as efficiently as possible, buying large quantities and bulking up when the markets dip.
