Doll Distributing was founded by Merlin and Edith Doll when they purchased Simmons Distributing of Hastings, Nebraska with a starting inventory of 2260 cases, 33 Budweiser kegs, 355 Goetz cases and 7 tap accounts.The second generation of Jeff Doll, Mark Doll, Tami Van Sant, Scott Doll, and Jay Doll purchased the company from their parents and looked for opportunities to expand the company. On April 21, 1988 Doll Distributing took over the Red Oak territory.
