Founded in 1931, Schmidt Construction provides infrastructure, road and parking lot construction products and services. To support these operations, the company operates two asphalt plants in Colorado Springs and Castle Rock. These plants provide a variety of high quality asphalt products to our paving crews and commercial customers. Our world-class asphalt and aggregate laboratory and testing facilities ensure strict quality control for the demanding specifications of highway construction, durable streets and parking lots. Schmidt is also an environmentally responsible miner and supplier of a wide variety of aggregates.
