Anchor Packaging began operation in 1963 as a converter of plastic film. In 1978, Anchor expanded its operations to include thermoforming, sheet extrusion, machine tooling and fabrication and blown film.
In 1985 a new manufacturing facility was constructed in Paragould, Arkansas. Due to increased production demands, it has been expanded a number of times, and now covers 240,000 sq. ft. In 2008, the facility expanded again to 310,000 sq. ft. A second 160,000 sq. ft. production facility in Marmaduke, Arkansas was completed in 1990.
